The product arrived quickly and in excellent quality

I bought six of these (in two purchases) and five had dead batteries on arrival. I didn't bother opening the sixth. The most frustrating aspect of this experience was when I checked the website for help and the Replace Battery instructions literally said "lorem". That's it. A placeholder for real text. I'll buy Tile right away. Good bye Trackr.

The device itself is brilliantly simple and basically works, but...The battery life is terrible. 1 out of every 3 I've ordered come with the battery already dying. Ordering a battery seems easy until something goes wrong (such as accidentally adding an extra one to cart, or mixing up with device needs which battery--then there is no sorting out the mess. I clicked "help chat" and got an error. Replacing battery can be hard (to get the thing open).The app has issues: strange menu navigation; keeps nagging the same "enable" question on launch every time (we click OK every time); global settings should "stick" for all devices unless specify otherwise; devices sometimes fail to connect when they are right nearby; error and problem messages don't make sense.Ordered for an elderly person, hoping it would help them, but they are having trouble because the app itself is confusing, adding to the issues with battery and tiny buttons.These need to be tested with older people, or maybe make a special version (and app) for older people.I really really wanted to buy a bunch of these and tell my friends, but they just aren't working out well enough.

My granddaughter liked these real well, Easy to install and helpful to find important items.

Besides the battery's being dead, which I replaced, the company dropped out and will no longer offer an app. So totally useless unless you already have the app installed.

Purchased the three-pack on 1/28/2020. One battery wasn't working; one battery failed by 2/29/2020. The third is working. Don't purchase these expecting the batteries to work when you get the packageUpdate: It's almost two months since I purchased this three pack. As I stated in my initial review, the one pixel had a dead battery. Now the other two have dead batteries.

These seem to work well, so far don't have an issue with battery life. Was very disappointed that they were sold and just two weeks later, they stopped support iOS and Android phones (what else is there?). Luckily I was able to find an app called Swift Finder that supports the trackers so it wasn't a complete waste of money.

I am still just getting it set up and am on the learning curve for using it effectively. Yes, it takes some learning. Not as easy as they lead you to believe. So far, sometimes it cannot locate my item when my item is right next to the phone. Then later I will get a notice that someone in the "community" has located it. That doesn't give confidence. That needs to work better. The little cords that come with them come in a pouch for you to attach. They require jewelers tools to attach them, if you happen to have those around. These are about nickel sized, pretty small. They came in a 3 pack. 2 out of the 3 work, 1 does not.
