It certainly makes you sweat and would be great if I was taller (I'm 5.2) with a longer torso. Its too high for my frame so doesn't sit snugly around my waist. Fine for home workouts but probably wouldn't wear to class as looks too bulky on me. Good back support and quite comfortable to work out in. Feels like it should help lose Belly fluid, not seen a noticeable difference yet probably cos I'm eating too much! Was recommended by a friend who saw results in 2 weeks

Let me start with this - I have used many different sauna belts in the past. But this one is different. It is much thicker than the others on the market - which gives nice warmth around my back and waist. Also, the velcro is really good - it never slips or falls off when I am training. Definitely a 5-star slimming belt.

I wouldn’t say that’s the best waist trimmer I ever use but they do their job , I am a bodybuilder so I use as a supporting for my core , one good thing about armagadon waisttrimmer doesn’t smell after sweaty workout hahaha

This waist trimmer has slimmed my tummy down a ton. Thiswould fit just about anyone. It couldn't be too big on an adult becauseof how it wraps around your belly. Its really a universal size. Veryimpressed with the quality.
