Good Product
I bought a pair around october 2023. I am using it regularly for the last few months. I enjoyed it. I didn't notice anything negative except its white color...It should be manufactured in more colors too. Customer care appears hopeful as I got periodical calls for confirmation of quality as well as unpacking etc. Which usually is a rare thing in online deals...This being an unfortunate aspect of inline shopping. Amazon should look into it...

Comfort available only in name. Not while sleeping.

It is a soft mattress. I liked the build quality. Build quality is five star.
You can buy it if you want soft mattress. If you are having spinal issues you should go for harder variant.Overall it’s a good quality mattress. Over Pain relief I can not comment because I don’t have any pain related issues.I bought it just for its build quality.

Poor product and Pathetic after sales service
Waste of money.... Bought it because of Good discount... But no worth at all.. Having severe back pain.... Tried to return it..but no one is replying.. Picking calls
