Sturdy, but not very stable
Nice and heavy - and very shiny. Trouble is, there need to be little rubber feet to stop the book ends themselves sliding along the shelf due to the weight of the files leaning against them.

Excellent quality at an equally excellent price
This is by far one of the cheapest metal bookend pairs I have seen and it isn't at the expense of quality. There are no paint chips or rough edges, and they have a nice weight to them. They are also very thin so slide under books easily.I guess you could say they are not very wide if I was to nitpick. Hasn't caused an issue for me but maybe it could for very wide books?

Serre-livres simples, très agréables visuellement, coloris divers, je les utilise pour de petits livres ou taille moyenne et même pour des DVD.

Spariscono fra i libri e pur essendo relativamente leggeri reggono bene il peso di tanti volumi. Non il massimo dell'estetica ma del resto c'è sempre un trade-off fra stile e ingombro.
