I ordered this item for my iphone 5 and wasn't worried about my order because i've bought previous items from Ziyan shop and had no problems. However with this purchase, i received the wrong item. It was the right design but for a completely different phone (galaxy note), when i went back to request a exchange everything seemed easy; print label, drop off item at fed-ex. What i failed to realize was the exchange/return shipping wasn't free and would cost me 23 dollars to send it back to china.... i spent less then 5 dollars on the phone case.Needless to say, i was very disappointed. Not with the quality of the item, but of the fact that i can no longer trust this company to send me the right item and if not, exchange the mistaken merchandise with the right one without it costing me more then my original purchase.

I ordered this for my niece. I was shipped before said date, and the price was great.. One thing she found who got was that it didn't fit snug..

I ordered this for the iPhone 4 and they sent one for an iPhone 5 so the item doesn't do me any good. It's cute but can't use it!!
