Korean Noodle Soup Powder for Ramen, Spicy Taste 10.05oz

I got this on a lark, but really am glad I did. I really don’t eat a lot of ramen, but I have used this for that since I got it and it adds a depth and heat to the powdered broth pack that comes with the ramen bricks.But I use this powder for so much more. It’s great on buttered toast, I use it to season ground beef, I use it as a rub on chicken, and I use it for any purpose where I would have previously used a Cajun seasoning or seasoned salt. I keep some in a salt shaker and put it on pasta, rice, popcorn, potato chips, or any dish where I want a bit more salt, umami, or heat.Highly recommended. Don’t just limit it to ramen. You won’t regret it.

I really like this seasoning mix. It does have a nice spice level to it but I don't think it is overly spicy.I have used this when making ramen, which works really well and I also like to use this when I am making my baked chicken wings. Also a little sprinkle added to some broiled or grilled veggies goes really well..I will buy this again. As far as the expiration date issues I have seen, the seasoning lasts and is still good after it expires. I transfer my seasoning to an empty seasoning container. When I use up my other seasonings, I clean out and save the plastic containers they come in. I repurpose them for other seasoning blends I make or use for bags of seasonings like this here..

This isn't terrible and maybe my expectations were a bit too high but I was expecting a little more at least. It definitely hits the spice itch, I would say it's hot, but not too hot, just perfect. Flavor was decent but could have been a little better. All in all pretty good.

Super yummy. Only add in a lil bit at a time because it has a lot of salt taste already. Very good and versatile. Love my ramen with this. Tastes exactly like the usual spice packets that come with ramen.

The flavor of this spice is wonderful, flavorful, and there's no need at all to add any extra salt. I don't even bother to add any extra pepper in any form; the flavor is so good. Anything I add to the pot is enhanced, and I only use about a tablespoon most of the time. Use your imagination and make something besides frat boy noodles in a cup. This ramen powder will be a great addition to your pot.

Vegetarian, I make a salad. Instead of oil and vinegar, I put in this spice mix and pour hot water on it. Like any salad, I put in whatever I want or have. This spice mix can be added a little or a lot. I first found it in Korea. I'm happy I can get it now in Florida.

Really really good. You can use it for soup bases, to season food, whatever you want. Really really good, would recommend

Purchased in April but it's going to expire in September. Too short for powder. :(It's 1,700won on Korea and paying the US premium.
