The headphones and Bluetooth adapter were easy to setup. However, when i got a warning that the batteries needed charging and plugged in the usb cable, the usb port in the headphones came loose from the circuit board. (I did not apply excessive force or torque the cable). I do like the sound quality and the voice prompts on the headphones but they need to improve the quality of construction. UPDATE (6/3/2019) - Right after i submitted a 1 star review the seller contacted me and offered to send a replacement. The replacement arrived within a couple of days and has worked flawlessly since then. I call that great customer support!

The main problem I had with this headset it range. I actually sent it back once thinking there was something wrong with the receiver, but alas it was the cans themselves. I use these while sitting across from my TV in my front room to not annoy my neighbors during my late-night Netflix binges. They were running off a Bluetooth dongle attached to a computer that feeds into my TV, 'cause that's how I roll apparently. I can't be more than six feet away. Though it didn't connect it seemed like the signal. Was coming from Mars because the breakup in the sound was terrible. I tried it on a few different devices just to be sure it wasn't my setup. Low and behold anytime I got further away than 2 feet from whatever device it was connected to the signal brokeup and the headphones were unusable. The replacement pair had the same issue.They were totally comfortable I'll give them that; and I got a big head

Won't connect to my PS4 Bluetooth so I can't use them wirelessly

I bought these because the first Bluetooth headset I got didn't have "aptx- Low Latency" capability.The lag went from one to three seconds, to less than a second. Still too annoying when watching TV or videos. The actor's lips moved but the sound wasn't synchronized. Everyone in the videos looked like their voice had been dubbed.Bluetooth has a problem with this "Latency", which seems to be caused by the time it takes to encode and decode the audio for transmission over the Bluetooth system. The aptX Codec is supposed the reduce that, and it did, but it doesn't eliminate it.I've read claims of "... only 40 ms latency..." for some Bluetooth headsets. I noticed that the delay time varied from one source to another. Some sources or videos had very little and some had a lot. So a claim of only 40ms lag looks good, but I'd need a lot of independent testing and reviews before I'd buy a Bluetooth headset for watching TV.Your mileage may vary...

Got these for use with the bluetooth adapter connected to the TV. They are great headphones when the kids are playing and I cant hear or if one person wants to go to sleep while another watches TV.

These headphones are pretty solid. I use them for working out and they sound really good. I haven't had any problems with them so far.

Maybe just my luck. Sound was great. But the ear piece came off, exposing a very thin wire that can get tore or reaped. So sorry to have to return it. It kept coming off. Won't stay on. Otherwise, for $19, good sound. That is one thin wire that delivers the functionality - sound. Without it, no sound. It would make sense that the ear piece connection to the headband should be more sturdy. NO?!? Afterthought loses sales. Especially when there is shipping involved. Sorry for being critical. But the defect impacts functionality - reason for buying the product.

I have this head phone it has very good sound and fits well, but i have two problems. First it does not fully charge and i typically get about 2-3 hours of use before charging again. I had it plug up to be charge and only get a couple of hours use.Second, the frame is made out of plastic and it already broke after 2 1/2months. while other headsets frame is metal this one is plastic which is not durable. It is pass the return time and I can't return it so I am stuck with this. I hope this company would make a better headphone that is durable. As of Feb 21,2020 the other side broke. I hope that any future headphones will have aluminum slider instead of plastic.
