Each two-page spread includes a full-page color photo of a cat or cats doing what they do best opposite an accompanying appropriate quotation. Many, but not all, of the quotations are about cats. Examples include "It's really the cat's house -- we just pay the mortgage" -- Anonymous and "Life is something that happens when you can't get to sleep" -- Fran Lebowitz.I purchased two copies of this book -- one as a birthday gift for a friend and one as a gift for myself. While the small size keeps this out of the coffee table book category, it's perfect for an end table or nightstand in a guest bedroom.

This was a Christmas present for my friends across the pond who work in animal rescue.They have two cats of their own and we were scratching our heads to figure out what fun cat related item we could send them.This book has been their biggest entertainment of the holiday season! Fun, great photographs, recommend this for the cat lovers in your life!

This is for my grandchild and it an adorable book. He loves cats and will probably enjoy this. It's a christmas present.

I'm not going to give this as a gift, for which it was purchased. Definitely a non-professional publication -- the binding looks like duct tape. Sloppy job, pages uneven.

Another kitty book for my daughter to love

This is a really great book for cat lovers. The photographs are beautiful and the quotations that sit side by side with them are by turns funny and thoughtful.If you want a gift for yourself or a fellow cat lover then you can't go wrong with this. There is even a to and from label inside so you can add a note to the receiver.

Lovely little book, Ideal for cat lovers. It contains beautiful pictures of cats plus quotations and old proverbs. It is not a big size book, I would say smaller than an A5 but still it is quite enjoyable.

Bought this for a friend for her birthday. Know she'll love it because she's mad about cats and I've had the dog book equivalent and it was brilliant
