Great cup and keeps your brew warm for hours.. Lid is NOT spill free and be aware the cuppa will be hot when you try and drink it. I would suggest that you make the brew and leave the lid off for 5 minutes then put the lid on and it will stay at a hot drinking temp for ages. The cup size is fantastic and if you like Costa then you can fit One Large and one Small into it. One issue is the lid..Mine has a slight hairline crack this was after a week..not sure why as I did not drop or bang it. I did not send it back I just purchased some better designed lids for it from China https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B076J8VJZ6/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 these arrived in a week and are a much better design and they ARE spill proof..Tested spill by making a brew and leaving it upside down for an hour..no loss of tea...

Great cup terrible lid
Love the mug! It is big, tough, pretty BUT the lid... It's has totally shattered. I have not dropped it or treated it badly but whenever you replace the rubber stopper it's cracks a little more. It has also never been leak proof. Time for a new travel mug.

disappointed the rubber plug for the lid has already distorted and falls off when its hooked on the side, the cup is good quality but the lid isn't the best perhaps a hinged plug would have been better

The cup itself is brilliant, good size
The cup itself is brilliant, good size, non-slip, keeps my coffee hot for a good two hours. The lid however is a total other matter, completely shattered after it slipped off the drainer onto the floor...the plastic being VERY brittle. Somewhat disappointed in what was an excellent robust cup, let down by a shabby lid.
