Save a ton and get fabulous results at home
After comparing machines for weeks, I decided to purchase this one based on all of the positive reviews and I am glad I did. The machine is a bit larger than expected, but then again it is not something I planned to leave on my bathroom counter either. While I have no comparison, the motor is a lot quieter than I though it would be. The directions were poorly translated from whatever Asian language it was originally printed in so expect several grammatical errors - although this did not make the directions impossible to understand. Extremely easy to set up and use.It comes with several heads, 4 of which are what I consider the medium and most used size for the face. There is 1 very large and 1 that is a bit smaller than that - these I can see being used on larger areas such as the neck and chest. There are 2 that are a step smaller than the medium and 1 that is quite small which I used for the sides of my nose. You get 3 wands and the unit itself has a place to store the wand. You get 2 baggies of large and small filters, 2 fuses, and and extra O-ring.There are no cleaning brushes included or instructions on just how to clean them, but I was able to find a quick You Tube video so I could ensure I was cleaning them properly - use a mild foaming soap (I used hand soap) and a toothbrush to clean the heads. I already have a small pipe cleaner type brush I use to clean the wand. I will be the only one using it, so I am not worried about sterilizing everything. As for the results after one use - I did not expect to see or feel any results for a while, but after the first use my skin felt so soft and smooth! I noticed this immediately afterwards when applying a serum and moisturizer. I used a fairly low suction setting (as recommended by several websites I read) since I am new to this process. I have very fair skin, so of course there was some mild redness that resolved within a few minutes as well as some tingling that too resolved within a few minutes. My skin was not bothered at all (no burning/stinging) with the application of my usual nighttime serum and moisturizer (high end products) immediately afterwards.I did not notice a ton of debris on the head filter after use, but could see where the filter was slightly discolored. I do exfoliate regularly with a Clarisonic with the sensitive skin brush head, especially after washing off makeup, so I was not expecting a ton of debris. That accompanied with the quite low suction I started with since I did not want to traumatize my skin by being too over zealous at the beginning. As stated earlier, the initial result was felt and not seen and I was happy with the results with the initial low suction. The instructions must be more for professionals as there is no instruction on how often you can/should use, but after an internet search (this included many websites for various spas), the average use in the beginning seemed to be once weekly for several months until desired results and then every 1-2 months there after since natural skin cell turnover is about every 28-30 days.

Easy to Use and Maintain, Great Results!
I have been using the Zeny microdermabrasion machine for six months and it has changed my life. I did a lot of research to decide if this was the right route for my skin. I had regular breakouts, uneven skin tone, and plenty of leftover acne scars from high school. I religiously wore a full face of makeup if I ever left the house, no exceptions. Now, after using this machine, I feel confident in wearing little to no makeup on a regular basis. It helped with blackheads, fading away scars, and preventing pimples from forming. The machine is simple to put together and maintain. The manual gives basic instructions, so I would suggest doing research before you buy so that you already have an idea of what to do. I change the large filter in the machine after every two or three uses. There are only two small diamond tips if you're planning on using the machine for your face. I alternate between them, cleaning them with alcohol, and then sterilize them after every two uses in boiling water. Also, you receive plenty of filters to last you awhile. I still don't need to order more just yet. Consistence really is key. I use the machine once a week, and after two months is when I started seeing the improvements. It has only gotten better since. I chose the Zeny instead of other comparable products because it was the most affordable, but any research you do on those products can be applied to the Zeny since it is a similar machine.Overall, the Zeny machine is easy to use, easy to maintain, offers plenty of materials (filters/tips), and is more affordable while being comparable to other brand machines. Being consistent in use is really going to help you see the results! I couldn't be happier with this product.

Basic, no frills, awesome machine!
I bought this machine after a few weeks of researching, and reviewing, and reading, ugh.I had pretty much decided on the Kendal SF01 machine before I stumbled upon this one. They look exactly the same. I really think they are the same and for almost $100 less, this one is awesome! The box of wands, tips, and filters looks exactly like the one titled "Signstek Diamond Microdermabrasion Skin Care Accessories Set with 9 Stainless Steel Tips + 3 Wands + 30PCs Cotton Filters" from Signstek. The only difference is that the one I got does not have writing on the inside cover. Mine also came with some rubber rings and fuses. Here's the only differences I could find between this Zeny and the Kendal:1) This one has many less little filters included (and these things are cheap to buy)2) This one has three wands instead of two,3) This one does not come with an oil filter thing (these are also cheap to buy, but I honestly don't know why you need one)The vacuum is so strong (if you want it to be) and luckily you can adjust it with the dial. It is a basic machine with no frills, which is really what I wanted (less to break!). If you are looking to buy your first home microdermabrasion machine, you really should consider this one. But I am so bummed I cannot use this on my awful cracked heels - but that is not a deficiency in this machine. It ends up the skin has to be pliable enough to get sucked up into the wand some in order for it to work.I'm including pictures of the user manual because so many reviews I read (of other machines) said they did not come with anything. I am also including pictures of the box that contains the wands and tips. A couple of notes: Yes, I already spilled something on the user manual! And, no, there was not a wand missing, it is on the machine.I also wanted to point out something: when I researching machines, some reviewers said that when they turned theirs on (this is all sorts of different machines, not necessarily this one), that nothing happened with respect to the vacuum - as it did not turn on. Well, you have to have it in contact with the skin before it will actually suck - every part of the tip has to be making contact. If you have it up against the skin and there is no vacuum, then you do not have good contact. You will need to change the tip. Most likely you are using too large of a tip for the area you are trying to treat.
