No heart doing backflips. Just clean, focused energy like Mother Nature herself brewed it up and said, “You got this, buddy.”Also—capsules? Pfft. Overrated and full of mystery fluff. These little tablets don’t have all the weird fillers you get with other brands. You know the kind… like, why is there powdered kelp and unicorn dandruff in my caffeine pill? Nature’s Truth skips the nonsense and just gives you the good stuff.They’ve become part of my daily ritual, right up there with brushing my teeth and wondering what day it is. This stuff works! Just be careful on amount you take at a time, 1 gives solid energy for a workout. 2 makes you feel like going Hard on your lifts.Only real side affect is needed to use the restroom asap if caffeine affects you like that.For the price Im not having to buy $35 pre workout every month or my gf Energy Drinks (4 for $8) weekly. Less than $10 and you are set for 2 months at least.

I took it every morning and afternoon to substitute for my morning and afternoon coffee. It feels effective, no jitteriness, no anxiousness NOR the instant awareness I feel from coffee, I just don't feel sleepy. I also don't feel the burning sensation I sometimes feel from other 200mg brand. It was small, easy to swallow, no weird taste or aftertaste and very reasonably priced with the tea extract.

1000% recommend! As an athlete who also works with students with Autsim during my night hours, I also need energy for my workouts right after. My metabolism is very fast still and I burn most caffeinated drinks within 30 mins and crash. 1 pill keeps me up for 8 hours straight before my body starts to settle down. No crashes, or jitters. Drink plenty of water with it too. It’ll help more.

I normally take L-Theanine with caffeine pills since that's what's in green tea that makes it so if you drink tons you won't get jitters compared to coffee. With these, I haven't had to use l-theanine nearly as much - which normally is recommended to be taken in a 2:1 ratio to caffeine, 400mg for a 200mg tablet. Here, the green tea extract is 20mg for each 200mg tablet which is surprising.Fair warning - caffeine is still not great to be dependent on, it will mess you up if you take multiple everyday - and higher doses last longer, disrupting more sleep. I wouldn't recommend taking this after 3-4pm. It doesn't actually give you energy as much as it lessens the fatigue from exhaustion. Take responsibly.

I've tried quite a few brands for caffeine, and sadly I didn't love these. The ingredients are some what cleaner than other brands, but the price for th quality isn't great. There are more and more cleaner options. The dosage is supposedly higher, because of the other natural caffeine ingredients. It doesn't feel like 220mg though. The come down was also very sudden for me. Paired with jitters. Overall it worked, but I won't be buying again.
