I think good quality
and a good product unknowingly made from vegetable fermentation at least is what it says in the description but I am very doubtful it is also I still find it a little expensive and very little amount

Good for DOMS, gave me acne.
Good value and quality product in a handy tub. This worked really well for preventing DOMS post exercise but unfortunately it gave me cystic facial acne within a few days of starting it. Had to stop it unfortunately.

I really don’t have much clue about what L glutamine is but take it because my personal trainer recommended it. I take every night and strangely notice my hair grows really well when I consistently take this so that’s a big benefit!
