Not as expected.
All the flowers had fallen off in transit and the plant was much smaller than anticipated. I recently bought an Azalea at a local nursery, and although I paid a bit more (£5), the plant itself was 3 times larger and far superior to the one supplied by this seller. This purchase has been a disappointment.

Absolutely no quality assurance?
Ordered before viewing previous reviews indicating small size and having been given the wrong colour plants.I can completely agree with previous reports, plants are really small for the pricing (I could have gotten 20-30cm plants for £7.99) - In addition to this, there's no name tags on the plants, no indication of which is which. Nothing.I have two very different plants, purchased for very different locations with NO indication as to which is which. In fact, the plants weren't deadheaded which leaves me concluding I was instead of being provided my ordered colours/plants, have instead been provided with 2 pink azaleas based on the colour of what few petals remain. In addition to this, the plants were cramped into an absolutely tiny box, with one plant being saturated and the other bone dry. It would seem there's little, or no quality assurance checks prior to delivery.Word of advice for the merchant -1) Provide name tags for your plants, people are ordering specific and very different plants for different reasons/locations. Why make this difficult, or make your CUSTOMERS wait until another flowering season to provide the services YOU were supposed to provide.2) Appropriately size your plants, it's absurd that the plants provided are far more expensive than alternatives on the market, which as previous reviews indicate are actually also cheaper in spite of bigger pot sizings and overall plant height.3) Why don't you have any quality assurance checks?3.1) The plants don't have any indication as to what they are, or even what eventual size they'll become (different plants purchased)3.2) The box was pathetically small, considering the contents.3.4) 1 plant was saturated, the other was bone dry - Quality assurance is ensuring that all products meet a bare minimum requirement for dispatch. One being the opposite of the other indicates NO quality assurance was conducted on my order.I definitely won't be ordering again.
