When i wore this in wales recently not a single bite and I usually get eaten alive (good blood). Glad I bought a big pack so will last a while my kids can use for scouts/cadets.

When I first tried it, I only had one on my wrist and it only worked for the upper half of my body cause i was still getting bit on my legs. I suggest wearing two, one on your wrist and the another on your ankle- I found that worked better.

I really wanted these to work but both myself and my partner got eaten alive in Cape Verde while using these. Save your money and buy a lot of spray repellent instead.
