These work beautifully. However, be prepared. These work quicker than most and will clean you out pretty well. I'd recommend eating half of one first before trying a whole.

This is a good product
I bought this on a recent European trip. I was pleased with how it naturally worked. When we got back I placed this order through Amazon and it arrived earlier than estimated and we will used this now whenever needed.

Yes, excellent but different
Yes, I received the item with much different package looking and different Ingredients mentioned in the back of the package. The function may be the same, but how can you say it is the same when the price, package and ingredients are not exactly the same?
