Overpriced equipment - Problems non stop and 2 years in - NOT WORKING
This replacement for the old version is a huge downgrade. From the start, we were not impressed. The instrument within the first year was having inconsistent readings. We had to replace parts. The instrument has died now in the second year. The temperature function is not working. The glass has bubbles that enter it throwing off the analysis. The software is now stating not able to connect. It is terrible. Contact Mettler Toledo for a repair and the cost to repair it is 80 percent of the price of a the same instrument new.
